I have established communications between the PC controlling my repstrap which I will call my RC (RepStrap computer) from now on. Now when I tell my RC to "print" an object, I get the appropriate voltages on the appropriate pins (YAHOO!) sorry that took me a long time to figure out. Any way next step is to power up my electronics and hope it works :).
